Becoming Mothers and Fathers
A course of spiritual and emotional counseling for conceiving, pregnant, birthing and post natal women and partners.
Using techniques of KinAesthetic process and some visualizations we work together to release all the obstacles to conception, joyful birth and new parenting.
- Release fears and worries about conception ,pregnancy and birth
- Communicate with your unborn or “to be conceived” baby
- Set up your intention and purpose for the kind of birth you want
- Set up the environment you want at home to receive the new baby
- Work to create the best relationships with siblings and in-laws

5 sessions of 2 hours. Partners or friends are welcome to the last session.
Support is offered on an ongoing basis after the course by email.
This course can be taken up at any stage with a focus on what you are experiencing now.
Menopausal women
A course of spiritual and emotional counseling for women in transition

A profoundly beautiful course of spiritual and KinAesthetic counseling for completing a life.
- Find ways to make your peace with all you have lived
- Allowing for other peoples sadness and distress
- Work with any fears about dying
- Give yourself love and acknowledgement for who you are
- Techniques for letting go when your time has come
- Prayers and rituals to bring a clear sense of your guides and guardians
4 Sessions of 1 hour each.
Can be brought to your home. Partners welcome.
